Holiday farm Villa Borgo San Pietro is located at the foot of Cortona, ancient Etruscan town rich in history and culture, with the aspect of a timeless town, the Etruscan walls, the Medieval streets and houses and the Renaissance palaces.

The facility, former 17-century villa, is appreciated for the quiet location, the panoramic position, the typical character of the building and the accurate furniture. It features luxurious rooms, huge apartments, pool and 7 hectares of park with fruit and olive trees.

Villa Borgo San Pietro is an holiday farm including 14 rooms and 5 apartments. Thanks to a careful restoration, the original features are basically intact: the typical well, the trees that, with their shade, are an invitation to relax, the stone-paved paths, the rooms and the apartments, with their antique paintings and furniture.

Villa Borgo San Pietro’s staff can arrange for guests, for a little extra, a private shuttle service to reach historical city center and best restaurants in Cortona’s area.

The big pool (8×16) and the wide park surrounding Borgo San Pietro offer our guests a unique and unforgettable framework of Tuscan countryside. The pool, reserved to our guests, provides sun beds, umbrellas and towels.

For a relaxing walk in the open air with view on Cortona, enjoy the enormous park-gardensurrounding the property. From Villa Borgo San Pietro you can also use lots of trails to walk to Cortona along the streets that, from Eremo delle Celle, go up to Mount Sant’Egidio. Trails can betaken by mountain-bike too.
