Ruhiger Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung
☺Das Anwesen hat eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage im Grünen mit Pool.Das Grundstück ist mit vielen Olivenbäumen und Rosen bewachsen und sehr gepflegt.
Das Personal ist stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Das Apartment ist großzügig bemessen und mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht.

☹Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse recht in Ordnung (Wurst, Käse, Eier, Müsli, Marmelade, Obst), allerdings fehlte uns ein vegetarisches Angebot (vor allem Gemüse Gurken, Tomaten o.ä.) und insgesamt etwas Abwechslung.
Merkwürdig war für uns, dass es für die Apartments Handtuch - und Wäschewechsel sowie  Müllentsorgung nur auf Anfrage gibt und dies nicht grundsätzlich inkludiert ist.

☺מקום מקסים. שקט מטופח ויפה. צוות אדיב, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. בריכה נוחה ונוף משגע. קרוב לקורטונה ונוח כבסיס לטיולים באיזור.

☺ The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. Alessandro was the best. He always made sure we had everything we needed. He was always smiling and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of variety.

Paz en la Toscana
☺El lugar es soñado. El silencio, la paz, la pileta con reposeras para leer, el verde, las flores y los olivos. El personal fue increíble, super amables y predispuestos siempre. Sehr schön, ruhig, etwas abseits gelegen
☺Sehr schöne großzügige Anlage, parkartig, alles sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war rel. klein und dunkel, aber wie gewünscht sehr ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Freien. 
Großer, nicht sehr tiefer Pool.

☹Keine Snacks abends - da etwas abseits gelegen, braucht man Auto (oder wie wir Bikes) für Restaurant-Besuche. Oder man isst Selbstgekauftes im Garten, was von der Equipe mit Tellern und Besteck freundlichst unterstützt wurde.

A very peaceful setting
Rustic charm in this large one bedroom apartment in a quiet setting near Cortona centre.  Staff incredibly helpful and friendly.  Very peaceful setting

We felt so welcome… Alissandro and Nicolo were so nice and accommodating!  The grounds are absolutely beautiful!  I would highly recommend!

The property is a beautiful old farmhouse that now has several lovely guest rooms, all in keeping with the tuscan style of the area.  Front desk service was excellent from all 4 of the people we met (they recommended restaurants, sight seeing stops, vineyards, etc---all were great!).   They were always making sure we had a great time.  The grounds are expansive and beautiful also-- we took several walks, and also enjoyed the pool. Quiet, safe, true italian villa experience.

Peccato aver scelto l’abergo per un evento e non come soggiorno a se e pertanto ho potuto “godere” limitatamente della piscina e degli spazi comuni aperti. Consigliatissima.

Siamo stati soddisfatti del soggiorno. Unica pecca ma non dipende da loro è trovare un posto per parcheggiare auto a Cortona, come in tutta la Toscana, con solerti vigili prontissimi a coglierti appena metti una ruota in fallo, per non parlare degli AUTOVELOX !!!

Posto incantevole e romantico, totalmente immerso nel verde. Tutto molto curato, personale disponibile, gentile e molto premuroso. A causa dell'emergenza covid, come in tutti gli hotel in cui siamo stati, non è purtroppo stato possibile gustare la colazione a buffet, che dalle recensioni sembra essere davvero speciale. Ad ogni modo, viene offerta una buona colazione con un croissant, baguette, fette biscottate, marmellata, miele e Nutella, un succo di frutta e una bevanda calda. Ogni giorno poi, la cucina propone frutta e qualcosa di salato. Ottime le bruachette al pomodoro, condite con il loro buonissimo olio! 
Camera pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. Rigenerante il tuffo in piscina al nostro arrivo, con la possibilità di poter gustare un buon aperitivo sdraiati sul lettino. Torneremo sicuramente!

Expérience inoubliable , on retrouve ici toute la chaleur des italiens . On est reçu comme à la maison pour peu qu on se donne la peine de communiquer avec les personnes de la réception , du petit déjeuner et même du jardinier . La région est splendide avons passé 10 j . bellissima struttura, molto ben curata, ma con qualche pecca che stona un po' con l'apparente perfezione ... ad eccezione di Gloria, preparata, disponibile ed attenta, il resto del personale, seppur gentile, è apparso un po' improvvisato ... il costo della navetta per il trasferimento in centro è eccessivo, la doccia molto scomoda ed il sistema idraulico rumoroso ... un inconveniente fastidioso dovuto ad una chiave difettosa del cancello esterno, ci ha costrette ad attendere  alle 2 di notte che ci venisse ad aprire il portiere di notte dell'altro hotel, perché per 2 notti il portiere lì era assente ... quindi verificate al vostro arrivo che la chiave funzioni! la colazione è abbondante e varia ma piuttosto ripetitiva, la crostata e gli altri dolci non paiono essere fatti in casa ... noi abbiamo acquistato il soggiorno con molto anticipo e quindi con un prezzo decisamente favorevole, ma a prezzo intero, il rapporto qualità prezzo sarebbe stato dubbio ... struttura più frequentata e sicuramente più  apprezzata dal turismo straniero, meno attento ai dettagli ...
