AP. IL PIOPPO

The Pioppo apartment is a Tuscan-style apartment with Tuscan cotto tiles floor and exposed beams divided on two floors.

On the ground floor we find a large living room, kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor we find a bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. From one of the bedrooms it is possible to admire the orchard and olive grove of the property as well as Cortona.

The accommodation is perfect for 4 people, however if requested in advance it is possible to open a sofa bed for one or two more people. All our apartments have a boiler, high-speed WIFI, telephone, air conditioning, heat pump, independent heating, mosquito nets, TV, table with outdoor seating for dining or simply breathing and admiring the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

AP. IL CILIEGIO

The Ciliegio apartment is a Tuscan-style apartment with Tuscan cotto tiles floor and exposed beams that consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and double bedroom. The accommodation is perfect for two people.

AP. IL CIPRESSO

The Cipresso apartment is a Tuscan-style apartment with Tuscan cotto tiles floor and exposed beams that consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other consists of two beds.

The accommodation is perfect for four people. All our apartments have a boiler, high-speed WIFI, telephone, air conditioning, heat pump, independent heating, mosquito nets, TV, table with outdoor seating for dining or simply breathing and admiring the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

JUNIOR SUITE

The Junior Suite room is the largest and most elegant room we have. It boasts the presence of an imposing original fireplace from the 1700s, a whirlpool tub and a sitting room connected to the room in which it is possible to add an extra bed/sofabed.

Excellent accommodation for a romantic getaway or to spend time with your family. The room offers a beautiful view of the farm park as well as the spectacular view of Cortona.

DELUXE ROOM

Our Deluxe rooms are furnished with typical Tuscan style and taste with exposed beams and Tuscan cotto tiles floor. Compared to the Superior rooms, they enjoy unique elements: one of the two has two bathrooms inside the room and an independent entrance while the other has a private garden.

The Superior rooms are in a typically Tuscan style and taste with exposed beams and Tuscan cotto tiles floor. Compared to the classic rooms, they are larger and the most are located on the upper floor. All have a view of the park of Villa Borgo San Pietro and some of the city of Cortona.

The “Economy Classic” solution is a smaller accommodation than the Classic room, however it enjoys a view over the city of Cortona and is the perfect solution for those who want a small and charming room.
